Domikah Olagbegi, (formerly Burks) is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She combines an evidence-based approach alongside a holistic approach to adult psychiatry and is able to use her experience to better understand each patient’s unique dynamic. She received her education (MSN) and training from the University of Texas at Arlington — where she received training in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
She has over 10 years of nursing experience and over 7 years of mental health experience. She currently works with adult patients of all ages and treats a variety of psychiatric disorders including Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Bipolar, OCD, PTSD, Insomnia, Psychotherapy. Her beliefs and practices include the whole body, patient-centered, nutrition, and science-backed approach to treatment.
She is a member of the American Nurses Association, Psychiatry Redefined Integrative/Functional Medicine Fellowship, and the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and also work with Healthy Regards Psychiatry in McKinney,TX. Domikah enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time outdoors with her family and friends.

Mayowa Omoyeni is a dual board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her education from The University of Texas at Arlington and The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
She has experience treating individuals across the lifespan including, but not limited to those suffering from anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and insomnia. She believes in treating the patient as a whole, while considering mental, physical, environmental, and social factors. She is passionate about providing access to high quality mental health care and promoting overall wellness.
In her spare time, Mayowa enjoys traveling, self-care and spending time with family and friends.
Jilji Payikkattu, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC
Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner & Family Nurse Practitioner
Jilji is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, who is qualified and experienced in treating patients with Psychiatric disorders.
She graduated from University of Texas at Arlington with a Master of Science in Nursing and became a board-certified family nurse practitioner in 2013.
She completed a post-master certificate in 2021 as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
She has over 17 years of experience in health care in many practice areas including acute care hospitals, nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, retail clinics, and outpatient clinics.
She provides psychiatric assessments, evaluations, and management to patients of all ages.
She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services as she possesses a strong clinical skill enhanced by her natural ability to build rapport with patients and families.
She uses evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience, personal observation, and intuition. She values interdisciplinary clinical practice and inter-professional collaboration for a whole person, and a patient-centered approach to health and healthcare.
She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Misty McNabb, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Misty McNabb is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She received her nursing education from the University of Texas at Arlington and Texas Woman’s University. Her training was completed at UT Southwestern and John Peter Smith Hospital. Misty also has an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Western Governors University. She has worked in mental health since she began her nursing career in 2012 and has worked in a variety of settings including long term care, group homes, inpatient, PHP/IOP, and private practice.
One of Misty’s standout attributes is her ability to establish meaningful connections with patients and provide them with essential support. Her exceptional communication skills enable effective interactions with patients and families fostering a collaborative and compassionate environment. Misty willingly shares her insights and expertise, making her a valuable resource to both colleagues and those in her care. Misty prioritizes safety, consistently ensuring the well-being of her patients, and takes a holistic approach when making decisions. Misty enjoys working with both adolescents and adults.

Hello! My name is Tonya McKinzey and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor. I received my education and training (M.Ed.) from The University of North Texas. I have over 20 years of experience working with clients in areas such as alcohol/substance use, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, domestic violence, women’s issues, parenting issues, and more!
I am a strong believer in the strength of the human spirit and it’s innate resilience to overcome obstacles. I am continually humbled and honored to be able to connect with my clients and support and encourage them on their journeys. I hope to speak to you soon to begin yours!
