Domikah Olateru-Olagbegi is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She received her education (MSN) and training from the University of Texas at Arlington — where she received training in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Telehealth is available for all of our psychiatric services including evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy follow-ups. Most new patients are seen within 5–7 business days.
We treat a full range of adult mental health conditions including ADHD, anxiety (GAD, social anxiety, panic disorder, PTSD), depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, insomnia, and more. We also offer individual psychotherapy, family therapy, and integrative and functional medicine psychiatric care. For ADHD specifically, we use Creyos Objective Testing to provide data-driven, accurate diagnosis — a clinical tool most McKinney practices do not offer.
Your first appointment typically lasts about one hour. Your provider will conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation — discussing your current symptoms, mental health history, medical history, and treatment goals.
